1 Male UVA Student Bice Apartments Brandon Avenue

We are looking for a male UVA student who wants to live in the Bice Apartment building on Brandon Avenue during the 2010-2011 school year. Compared to off-grounds housing it is very reasonable due to the fact that internet, electricity, and
utilities are part of the two-semester fee. The lease is 8 months and the
fee is equivalent to 600/month on a 12 month lease. Perfect location
right next to the new South Lawn, 5 minutes from the Cocke Hall area, and 10-15
minutes from the chemistry building area. There is a laundry room on the
bottom floor and a lounge with vending machines. There are personal HVAC
units in the rooms with a full kitchen and common area.
